LAVENDER LEMONADE

Make lemonade either from scratch or concentrate. Separately, make a lavender tea, using either our culinary lavender in cheesecloth or one of our lavender bath and tea bags. Pour the tea into the lemonade. Use about 1 cups of lavender tea for every gallon of lemonade. Add plenty of ice, and a lavender sprig in each glass for a garnish.

Hand Squeezed: (makes 1 gallon)

• 2 cups sugar

• 1 1/2 cups lemon juice

• 1 cup lavender tea (or to taste)

• finish with water

(feel free to adjust to your personal taste)

NOTE: From concentrate, mix one can of concentrate with 2 cans of water and 1 can of tea.

Lavender Tea

• 1 Tea Bag (Box 0f 10)

• 1 Cup of Water

• Steep for 15 minuets
