Texas' first lavender farm is truly a treat for the senses with panoramic views, live oak trees, and more than 2,500 lavender plants.

Farm Activities

Cut Your Own Lavender

During cutting season it is $5 per bunch. We will explain how big a bunch is and how to cut the lavender when you get to the farm.

BLOOM UPDATE: We have blooms coming up on the plants and are expecting to be able to offer cut your own lavender during the Blanco Lavender Festival.

Lavender Lunches

Lunches are served under the beautiful large live oak in the top part of the field, with wonderful views of the lavender fields and the surrounding Texas Hill Country.

We offer lunches for groups upon request. (One week notice required.) The lunches includes a sandwich, chips, cookie, bottled water and lavender lemonade. We charge $15.00 per person for the lunches and $20.00 per person if you would like lunch and a talk by the new owner, about the history of Hill Country Lavender and how to grow lavender in your own yard. For reservation email us at info@hillcountrylavender.com
