Lavender Festival Our fifth annual Blanco Lavender Festival
will be held on June 13th and 14th, 2009. It is a wonderful weekend,
with many local farms and the whole town of Blanco participating.
Approximately 2,000 people came to our farm to see the lavender
at the forth annual festival, many of them taking lavender-related
classes or sitting down for a lavender lunch under the live oak
tree in the field.

Seminars In the last six years more than 200 people have come to learn everything from row spacing to marketing. Though our seminar focuses mainly on lavender growing in the Texas Hill Country, many of the ideas and advice we discuss can apply to farms in different areas. We've had guests from all over Texas and from as far away as Oregon, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Kentucky and believe it or not, France. We try to give a comprehensive look at what it takes to get into the lavender farming business and how to make it work financially for you.
